STEP MUSCLE:

This class has moves and grooves to raise your spirits and elevate your body temperature. Cardio complemented by strength and muscle work.

CARDIO CHALLENGE:

Low to Moderate-impact aerobics that focus on strength, toning, and cardiovascular conditioning. Great for all levels!

STEP & SCULPT:

Get the benefits of this 2 for 1 class that offers both step aerobics and strength training. Use bands, balls, weights, body bars, and sculpt a new you!

STEP CHALLENGE:

CARDIO SPIN:

Motivating indoor cycling class that will push past your comfort zone and into the fit zone! Great for all levels and no harsh impact on the joints!

BELLYDANCE:
